Installer Linux

Et accéder à la liberté, à la maîtrise de son ordinateur, et de ses données. Un acte salutaire, donc nécessaire.

Steps

  1. save your data on an external storage;
  2. if you have already an other OS installed, like Windows : defrag the disk, make place on it by reducing the partition on your disk.
  3. Choose which Linux you would like : https://search.lilo.org/results.php?q=linux+which+distro+to+install
  4. Then go on the website of the distro of your choice and follow the instructions to install. For example : https://getfedora.org/uk/

After installation, you will be able to start your computer either using windows, or Linux. For transition phase it is helpful. Then you will take advantage to erase the partition with the other OS and get that disk space for your new Linux. =)
